Our HouseBuilds

Our other pasttime over the years has been building houses, mostly for ourselves, with the a couple of 'spec' house thrown in as well. Always loved doing this, getting the plans established, and sometimes helping with the build itself. Its fun, and can be frustrating, but money can be saved if you are aware of the pitfalls.

1) Upper Hutt: 1 new build in Birchville

3 & 4) Upper Hutt: 2 new builds in Riverstone Terraces.
5) Kapiti Coast: 1 build in The Meadows subdivision
6) Kapiti Coast: 1 build in Kotuku Park, Paraparaumu Beach
7) Christchurch: 2 Extensive renovations, 1 in Marshland Rd, Shirley
8) Christchurch: 2 Extensive renovations, 1 in Sheraton Place, Redwood.
9) Amberley: 1 new build in Oakfields, Amberley.
